We currently ship within the continental U.S. (48 states) only, straight from our studio on Cape Cod.

Processing Time

Because every piece is handcrafted to order, most packages ship within 1–3 business days of your order being placed. During busy periods or when certain gemstones are in high demand, it may take up to 7 business days. If anything in your order is unavailable, we'll email you promptly with an updated timeline.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship via USPS. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that we're unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Estimated delivery is typically 3–5 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.

During peak holiday seasons, carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We'll always do our best to keep you informed of any adjusted timelines.

Final Sale Items

End of Season, Friends & Family, and other Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
